*Ouch* My knee hurts. My neck hurts. My left thigh hurts. I've now worked out the reason I didn't actually break my leg or f**k my knee completly when I fell off my bike yesterday was my weight fell onto my thigh, although I have bruised and grazed my knee, and bruised my left thigh. Detail.
I had planned to spend the day in the garden in any case. With Spring now in place, its overgrown very quickly.
Like Richie McCaw, I may have to sit today out - at least cycle wise. Like Richie, maybe I could play, but if I want the knee, leg, neck to heal for cycling, its probably best to keep to mowing the lawn, walking to the shop for the Sunday paper, and maybe a bit of "grubbing" - which will assist with some strength training. I'll make sure I do some stretches. That should help too.
So, keep moving, just a different movement for today, to allow a bit of recovery from "the fall".
