Training programme

I can't get to some of my usual rpm sessions this week due to other commitments, so I need to write down what I will do. This is the minimum I hope to do.  I may do more.  Depending on how light it is when I get home from work, I may try and do a quick short rides after work on the flat.  At least if I do the following, it will be a lot more than last week ;-)

Monday: Carterton-Martinborough-Carterton: 4 hour endurance ride (completed)
Tuesday:  Exercises: Side Planks; 3 x 15 Ab crunches; 3 x lower leg extensions 3 x leg lift; 3  x 15 tricep dips
Wednesday: RPM @ 11.30 (maybe)
Thursday: Weights at the gym at lunchtime or a swim at Thorndon pool
Friday: RPM @11.30
Saturday: Garden
Sunday: Martinborough Fun Ride

I was telling my colleague on Friday, it's 5 weeks to go.  Her response was "that's exciting, you must be excited".  Excited wasn't the first word that came to mind.  It's a good way to frame things though.
